MADEIRA DRY
Our award winning 15 Year Old rum has been beautifully enhanced by further seasoning for over one year in French oak casks that were previously used to age Madeira Dry Wine from a single estate on the island of Madeira.
Tasting Notes
A burst of spices tingling the tongue with caramelised tropical fruits that fades into a lingering silky smooth aftertaste of spices.
MADEIRA SWEET
Our award winning 15 Year Old Rum has been beautifully enhanced by further seasoning for over one year in casks that were previously used to age Madeira Sweet Wine. These casks were selected from a single estate on the island of Madeira.

A burst of rich spices and caramelised tropical fruits followed by lingering notes of dried fruits and ginger.
PORTUGUESE RED WINE
Our award winning 15 Year Old Rum has been beautifully enhanced by further seasoning for over one year in oak casks that were previously used to age Portuguese Red Wine and slightly toasted for spirits maturation.

RUBY PORT
Our award winning 15 Year Old Rum has been beautifully enhanced by further seasoning for over one year in casks that were previously used to age Ruby Port. These casks were selected from a single Quinta in the Porto Region of the Douro Valley.
